“ALLİN.US” LLC (hereinafter referred to as AllinUs) declares and accepts the importance of maintaining the confidentiality of the User's personal information. For this purpose, the current Privacy Policy (hereinafter referred to as the "Privacy Policy") specifies how confidential information is collected, used, transmitted to third parties and such other issues.

This Privacy Policy is an integral part of the Terms and Conditions (https://allinus.az/terms-and-conditions).

In this Document, "User" means persons who visit the website both as members (duly registered persons) and as non-members (without registration) as visitors.

By using all the services offered by AllinUs, including the website https://allinus.az  (hereinafter referred to as the “website”), the User unconditionally agrees and accepts the terms of this Privacy Policy. By entering their personal information on the AllinUs website, the User authorizes the collection and processing of that information by AllinUs.

If User is not agree with these Terms, User must refuse to use the services offered by AllinUs.

1. General Provisions

1. AllinUs follows a policy of maintaining the confidentiality of personal information received from each User and ensures a high level of protection of that information. This document, which is AllinUs’ Privacy Policy (hereinafter referred to as the "Privacy Policy"), defines what AllinUs can access through its website and how AllinUs may use personal information obtained from Users.

2. Personal information means the following:

- any information directly or indirectly related to or identified by an individual (citizen) (name, surname, patronymic, date and place of birth, address, marital status, academic degree, social and property status, education, occupation, place of work, position and other such information). Other necessary information may be requested from the User upon request by AllinUs;

- Information automatically transmitted via software installed on the User's device (computer, phone, etc.), including the IP address used by the User, information about cookies, technical specifications of the hardware and software, and the date and time of access to the website.

3. Cookies (automatic data collection tools) - Cookies are small text files stored on your computer, tablet or mobile phone. These files contain information about your IP address, the type of browser program used, the date and duration of use of the site, the sections of the site you use, and so on.  As with many websites, AllinUs uses cookies and other technologies to increase the level of service for website users. Some AllinUs partners can use Cookies on the AllinUs website.

4. When User submits his personal information over the Internet, AllinUs uses industry standards - Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology to encrypt the Internet in order to protect the information provided by the User. This Internet Encryption Standard encrypts information coming from the User's device to the AllinUs' website server. The website is in a safe circle when AllinUs changes the website address prefix "http" to "https" and has a lock icon. The letter "S" means "security".

5. By using the AllinUs website, the User agrees to store and access the AllinUs data on the User's device as specified.

6. If User does not accept the use of Cookies, he/she must leave the website or change the Cookie options in accordance with the current Privacy Policy. Please note that if cookies are not allowed, as well as the use of extensions for various applications and web browsers that restrict advertising, some features of the website may lose their functionality.

7. Target Ads - AllinUs may collect information about the user's online activities on the AllinUs website in order to advertise materials and services that meet the User's personal interests.

2. What personal User information is collected and how?

1. The information entered by the User using the website is collected by AllinUs. Personal information obtained in this way is information provided by the free will of the User.

2. AllinUs may collect the following information of the User while he uses its (AllinUs’) services and website:

  • At the time of registration (creating an account) such personal information, as your name, surname, patronymic, date and place of birth, address, education (including diploma, degree, identification document of a student and other similar information), marital status, payment card details, answers to our security questions, email address and phone number;
  • User ID and password, as well as options and related account information such as any relevant promo code (in case User is registered and got an account on the website);
  • Information provided during the response to inquiries organized by Partners;
  • Geolocation information;
  • electronic information (http or https headers, IP address, cookies, web beacons/pixel tags, browser identifier information, hardware and software information);
  • Log files, IP addresses and "Cookies" - are web server files that are created automatically after User logs in to the website (domain name or IP address, page link address (URL), http, https, response code, login date, time spent on the website);
  • Information about your activity when accessing the website and / or using the Services (eg browser information, provider, country, region, User session duration, type of operation performed on the website (click, cursor movement, etc.), search history, correspondence email addresses, email content and attachments, website access point (when accessing allinus.az by clicking on a link from external websites), website exit point (when clicking on allinus.az to link to another website, as well as files stored in the system of the website);
  • Other information required for processing in accordance with the terms governing the use of its services.

3. In order to organize the services provided by AllinUs, add new services and improve existing services, the User's personal information placed on electronic information carriers of the relevant state authorities and the transfer of which is not prohibited by law may also be collected.

4. AllinUs may also obtain the User's personal information from its Partners (the "Partners"), the websites, applications, products or services used by the User (eg, the Financial Partner).

5. We do not sell or otherwise disclose the personal information we collect about the User, except as set forth in the AllinUs Privacy Policy or disclosed to you during the collection of information. AllinUs will not ask for the User's password through any correspondence (including correspondence such as letters, phone calls or emails, etc.). If the user thinks that his/her name and password are in danger, he/she should immediately contact AllinUs via working e-mail in accordance with the instructions provided in the "Contact Us" section of the website. In this case, AllinUs may require the User to provide identification documents in order to identify him/her.

3. Purposes of protection, processing and use of Personal data 

1. Storage and processing of the User's personal data is carried out in the information center located in the territory of the Republic of Azerbaijan.

2. The information provided by the User is processed and used by AllinUs to achieve a number of purposes, including but not limited to:

  • Protection of User and AllinUs rights (including protection of Users from fraud);
  • Creation and management of the User's account on the Website, including the provision of AllinUs services and answering the User's questions;
  • To provide access to User’s account, including e-mail and storage of files, in case User is registered on the website;
  • For uploading credit points to the doctor's personal account on the e-portal of the Ministry of Health during accredited Continuing Medical Education (DTT) activities;
  • Log files, that help to identify faults in telecommunication equipment and illegal use of telecommunication services;
  • To send notifications, inquiries and information related to the work of AllinUs, to fulfill agreements with the User, to develop and communicate requests and inquiries;
  • Investigate the behavior of Users;
  • Conducting and developing market research and other type of research, improving and developing the quality of service, attracting new users. In this regard, conduct research, assessment and other analyzes on condition of anonymity of Personal data;
  • To comply with any legal obligations (for example, tax, administrative obligations);
  • For the creation of new products, events, services, offers and innovations by AllinUs and the provision of information about them;
  • To provide the most relevant and personalized results, including advertising and suggestions, taking into account the search history obtained by AllinUs and other personal information of the User;
  • Compliance with the requirements of applicable law, industry standards and AllinUs policies.

3. AllinUs may use the User's personal information in order to improve the quality of services provided to the User, as well as to make payments made through the Financial Partner in a better and more flexible manner.

4. AllinUs may also use the information for other purposes, and those purposes will be added to this Policy specifically for the User when the information is collected. 

5. Emails you send to us cannot be valid unless there are other security precautions to be taken before transmitting the information. For this reason, please do not email us confidential information such as credit card numbers or account numbers and etc.

6. Appropriate administrative, technical and physical security measures are in place to protect the personal data stored in the AllinUs against accidental or unlawful destruction, accidental loss, unauthorized alteration, unauthorized disclosure or access, abuse or any other unlawful processing. The types of activities depend on the type of information and the methods by which it is collected and stored.

4. Links to other (third parties) websites

1. Links to other websites, internet portals and platforms can be placed through this website. AllinUs is not responsible for the content of other websites or its privacy policy. Other websites may have different information collection and privacy policies. Therefore, it is recommended that you review the privacy policies of other websites you link to through this website.

5. Disclosure of Personal information to third parties and tracking information

1. In order to analyze personal data, AllinUs may anonymize that information. AllinUs may share aggregated or anonymized information with the following third parties, as required by law:

- state authorities, own employees, IT companies providing technical support, AllinUs affiliated enterprises, technical consultants, specialists, lawyers (including attorneys), doctors, experts, companies providing services for the implementation of operations (IT, postal and other services), etc.;

2. AllinUs does not track users on the website in real time or allow other parties to do so on the AllinUs website.

3. In order to expose the committed administrative offenses, the perpetrators of criminal acts, to eliminate the consequences of such illegal actions, as well as to prevent future administrative offenses, criminal acts, to protect society from such attempts, the information entered on the website may be submitted to such authorities during the urgent measures of law enforcement and judicial bodies or as a result of official inquiries, in compliance with the requirements of the legislation of the Azerbaijan Republic, without the consent of the User.

6. Updating Personal Information

1. Users may update or correct their personal information at any time on the AllinUs website. In order to obtain, delete or correct the information, the User may contact AllinUs via the website or by e-mail or telephone number listed in "Contact Us" section. Updates to any information on the website may only be modified by email (upon verification of the owner of the email) upon request.

2. User must record all the required information correctly and completely, as well as be responsible for the accuracy and completeness of the information provided. AllinUs is not responsible for entering incorrect and/or incomplete information. User is responsible for any damages to AllinUs due to entering incorrect and/or incomplete information. 

7. Refusal to provide data and Deletion of Data

1. The User reserves the right not to disclose his/her personal information on the website in any case. In this case, AllinUs is not able to fully ensure the use (including the ability to perform certain actions through the website) of the services provided by himself.

2. According to the Law of the Republic of Azerbaijan "On personal data", User has the right to object to the collection and processing of information about him. User's objection must be submitted to AllinUs in writing or online. Based on such a request, AllinUs deletes the personal information collected about the User and then excludes the guarantee of use of AllinUs' services.

8. Changes to the Privacy Policy

 

1. This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time without prior notice to reflect changes to our privacy policy. Information about changes to the Privacy Policy is posted on the site in the form of an appropriate notification (for example, through a pop-up window or banner). The date of the last update is indicated at the top of the relevant notification.

2. In addition, information about changes can be sent to the User by e-mail or other appropriate means. After making such changes, the User accepts these changes using the website.
